How it works
From a sentence to a classroom in three steps
There is nothing to prepare. Lernen does the planning a teacher would do before class, then runs the class with you in it.
Bring a topic or a document
Type what you want to learn in your own words, and say who it is for if that matters. You can also attach a PDF, and the lesson is built from what it says.
Lernen plans the lesson
It writes an outline first, then builds each scene. Slides get their teaching points, quizzes get questions and answers, and simulations are written as working interactive pages.
Learn it with a class
An AI teacher leads each scene and works problems through on the whiteboard. AI classmates ask the questions you might not, and you can stop the lesson to ask your own.

A lesson is a sequence of scenes
Lernen picks the right kind of scene for each part of the topic. Explaining gets slides, checking gets a quiz, and trying things out gets a simulation or a project.
Slides the teacher talks through
Each slide carries its own teaching points, and the teacher explains it rather than reading it out. Formulas render properly, and the teacher opens the whiteboard when a point needs working through.

Quizzes that check the idea, not the wording
Single choice, multiple choice and short answer questions sit between the teaching scenes. A short answer is graded against guidance written for that question, and answers come back with an explanation.

Simulations you can push on
Some ideas only land when you can change a value and watch what happens. Lernen writes those scenes as small interactive pages that run in the lesson, such as a pendulum with a length slider or a supply and demand chart you can drag.

Project based learning with a tutor
A project scene sets a real task in stages. A tutor agent guides you through each one, reads what you submit and gives feedback, then writes a final evaluation when the project is done.

The classroom
A class that teaches back
Reading a document on your own is quiet. A Lernen lesson has a teacher who explains and classmates who question, with room for you to join in at any point.
A whiteboard the agents draw on
The teacher writes on a shared whiteboard as it talks. Text, shapes, lines, charts, tables and formulas appear step by step, so you watch the working rather than just the answer. You can point at anything on the board when you ask about it.
A class cast for the topic
Each lesson gets its own teacher and classmates, with names and personalities suited to the subject. A curious classmate asks the obvious question. A sharper one pushes on the edge case.
Discussion, not a monologue
At the points where a topic has two sides, the teacher opens a discussion. The agents reason it out together, and you can add your view or bring it to a close whenever you like.
Ask whenever you are lost
You never have to wait for the end. Type a question in the middle of a scene and the class answers it in context, with the slide and the board still in front of you.
Keep what you learned, in your language
Every lesson downloads in formats you already use, so it is not trapped in the app. The interface speaks twelve languages, and the lesson follows the language you asked in.
